Stylish spotless hotel and stuff was very efficient. Got tastefully decorated room with including a pat of butter and the extra space, for instance - always come in handy. The location was magnificent, at a medium distance from Stephansplatz. It included POPULAR restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
The staff - some of them were not so helpful.

The location was marvellous for Vienna, not far from museums/theatre, Albertina museum and Burggarten, and Albertina and State Opera. 01. Innere Stadt district was definitely worth visiting.

Top location of the hotel in the centre of the city. Based really close to the Opera House and the Albertina museum as well as the shopping & museum district. Comfortable bed in superior queen room with a completely complimentary mini-bar and coffee.

The location was fantastic, right next to the state opera and within walking distance to everything. The staff provided super excellent service, from the reception to the dining and bell boy. The room was comfortable and modern, with a spacious bathroom. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and stocked with complimentary beverages, including 24 bottles of red and white wines. the staff and amenities made our stay memorable.

Every detail of this fantastic property was modern. The breakfast was incredible with the Brasserie & Bakery and alternative ingredients, as example and the restaurant food was fantastic. Stayed in new-fashioned deluxe queen room with an opera view. The daily service was excellent. Had great and fantastic location close to almost everything you will need on a sightseeing trip in Vienna, a super close walk to Kaerntnerstrasse.

The room was beautiful and the location was unbeatable, with a sensational breakfast included; it's worth mentioning that it's conveniently only 1 km away from the city center, and I really appreciated the fact that it's located right next to Albertinaplatz bus station.
